Services / What I Can Take On
From websites to AI and booking tools
Small first jobs are welcome. A single fix, an existing site you want reviewed, or a booking flow that keeps eating your week are all fine places to start.
1. Build
Website Build
- Sites for small businesses and sole proprietors
- Company and service overview sites
- WordPress set up so you can actually update it
- Mobile-first from the start
- Japanese / English pages where you need both
2. Improve
Website Improvement
- Homepage that says what you do in one screen
- Contact and inquiry flow that converts
- Mobile layout fixes
- Speed and structure review
- Rewriting copy and headings for clarity
3. Support
Maintenance & Updates
- WordPress core and plugin updates
- Posting news and announcements for you
- Swapping banners and copy
- Small fixes as they come up
- Monthly support with someone to ask
New / AI & Workflow Tools
Cut down the back-and-forth
If answering the same questions and rescheduling appointments is where your week goes, the fix usually is not more copywriting. It is a small piece of software attached to the site.
4. AI Chatbot (RAG)
AI answers your inquiries
Built on your own documents and rate sheet, so it answers from what you actually offer, not generic filler. It can also hand over to a person for the inquiries that really need one.
- Answers your common questions automatically
- Gives ballpark pricing and scope
- Covers inquiries outside business hours
- Grounded in your existing materials (RAG)
- Answers reviewed and tuned with you
5. Booking App
Customers book themselves
Customers book, reschedule, and cancel from their phone. Good fit for lesson-based businesses, salons, and any practice that runs on appointments.
- Self-serve booking from mobile
- Reschedule and cancel without emailing you
- Automatic confirmations and reminders
- Admin view of what is coming up
- Far fewer phone and email round-trips
Scope varies a lot with what you need, so these are quoted individually after a short conversation.

Where to start
The site looks dated
Usually the homepage and the main paths are enough to fix first. Whether a full rebuild is worth it becomes a much easier call after that.
Nobody has updated it in years
I get WordPress back into a state you can safely touch, then either hand it over or keep handling updates, whichever you prefer.
The site gets no inquiries
Make it obvious in one screen who it is for, what they can ask for, and how to ask. Most sites lose people on that, not on visual design.
You only want one small fix
That is a completely normal way to start. Plenty of long-running work began as a single change.
You answer the same questions daily
An AI assistant trained on your own materials can take the first pass, and hand over to you when an inquiry really needs a person.
Scheduling eats your week
Let customers book and reschedule themselves. The round-trips disappear rather than getting faster.

Send your site URL, or just what is bothering you, and I will tell you what I would prioritize first.
